ID Card Systems, Inc. can ship to virtually any address within the United States and Canada. We are also able to ship to most international locations that are
serviced by UPS. Please note that not all shipping methods are available for all areas. If you are shipping to a PO Box, APO, or FPO address, or to a US
Protectorate, your only shipping option is to use US Mail. If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, UPS Ground or UPS 3-Day shipping is not available.
Calculating Costs
Your shipping costs depend upon the methods and options you choose. You will be able to see the various shipping methods and rates for your order in the checkout
process. You will be able to select the method and rate that best suits your needs.
Order Tracking
Depending on the shipping method you select for your order, you may be able to track your shipment online. If you selected a UPS shipping method, when your order
is shipped, you will be able to track your order online from your Order History page. If you selected US Mail as your shipping method, you will not be able to track your
package.
Returns
Due to the customized nature of the products offered through this Web site, we cannot accept returns for any products. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the
acceptability of the card design before ordering. If you require an exact color match, we advise you to first order a test card to verify that the printed card matches your
desired color before ordering additional cards. If you will be printing barcodes or encoding mag stripes on your cards, we strongly suggest that you first order one test
card to confirm that the barcode or mag stripe is formatted correctly, and will work with your card readers before ordering additional cards.
